\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tIdeal candidates should:\u2022\tHold a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Education (A Master\u2019s degree is an added advantage).\u2022\tHave at least 5 years\u2019 experience as a Principal or Deputy Principal in a well-established private or government school.\u2022\tDemonstrate sound knowledge of both ZIMSEC and Cambridge curricula, with proven experience in implementation and assessment.\u2022\tExhibit strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.\u2022\tBe results-oriented, professional, and committed to continuous school improvement<\/p>\n
