\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tThe Job:\u2022 Promoting the institution\u2019s products to generate new business.\u2022 Growing and managing a quality loan portfolio.\u2022 Conducting market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.\u2022 Evaluating and processing credit\/loan applications.\u2022 Building and maintaining strong client relationships.\u2022 Ensuring compliance with lending policies and procedures.\u2022 Contributing to the design of client-centered loan products through field feedback<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tThe Person:\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in a Commercial field.\u2022 At least 2 years\u2019 SME lending experience in a microfinance institution.\u2022 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.\u2022 Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.\u2022 Energetic and self-motivated individuals, who will thrive in a field-based role.\u2022 Meticulous, results-driven, and focused on achieving set targets.<\/p>\n
