\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tProvides exceptional culinary skills which create a unique food flair and signature through creativity.\u2022\t Develops activities to enhance food production and fostering innovation.\u2022\tProvision of lunches and teas for staff \u2022\tContinuously improve food production facilities to meet evolving demands and expectations.\u2022\tEnsure consistent adherence to food quality standards.\u2022\tParticipates in budget preparation for the canteen.\u2022\tDesign, prepare and deliver menus within set budgets and costs. \u2022\tCollaborates with procurement to influence strategic purchasing decisions that are cost effective whilst maintaining quality.\u2022\t Creates unforgettable dining experiences.\u2022\tProvides guidance on effective controls in the food management.\u2022\tManages safety issues and enforcing kitchen hygienic standards.\u2022\tSupervision of canteen staff.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tDiploma in Food Science and Technology or equivalent.\u2022\tMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar-scale operation.\u2022\tStrong strategic thinking and execution skills with good business acumen.\u2022\tComprehensive knowledge of food trends, various cuisines, and a passion for food preparation.\u2022\tExemplary level of professionalism and strong organizational skills.<\/p>\n
