\n\t\t\t\tWe are seeking an experienced Solutions & Services Manager to join our growing team. The position is focused on service delivery and securing new business opportunities, across our networking, cybersecurity, unified communications, data centre and cloud portfolios, in the corporate, enterprise & government sector with vendor solutions from IBM, Cisco, Dell, Check Point, Microsoft, AWS, Fortinet, Palo Alto, SentinelOne etc.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022 Lead a team of technical and pre-sales engineers\u2022 Lead the design and presentation of customer solutions.\u2022 Planning of pre-sales strategies, the positioning and demonstration of solution offerings.\u2022 Preparation of presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department\u2022 Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers’ demands\u2022 Design and implement a strategic pre-sales plan that expands company\u2019s customer base and ensure it\u2019s strong presence.\u2022 Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Engineers\u2022 Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.\u2022 Experience with network, cybersecurity, unified communications and cloud technologies design, configuration, implementation and optimisation.\u2022 Acting as technical lead and escalation point for all network, cybersecurity, unified communications and cloud related technologies.\u2022 Knowledge and hands-on experience with networking, cybersecurity and cloud solutions.\u2022 Ensure success of customer proof-of-concepts (POCs) and respond to the technical elements of RFIs\/RFPs.\u2022 Knowledge of cloud technologies and experience migrating on-premise applications to the cloud a plus.\u2022 Experience deploying, configuring and maintaining a wide variety of network, security and cloud hardware\/software.\u2022 Analyses performance trends and recommends process improvements. on technical solutions deployed\u2022 Successful service delivery \u2013 manage service delivery SLA achievement and high level ofcustomer satisfaction\u2022 Manage service delivery for customers and provide day to day operational guidance.\u2022 Recommend solutions to problems and cost-effective strategies for clients.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tSKILLS\u2022 interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with customers at senior managementlevel\u2022 excellent command of written and spoken English\u2022 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software\u2022 excellent time management skills and ability to manage competing deadlines\u2022 team player able to work independently when required and to manage a diverse and heavyworkload\u2022 proficiency at documenting processes and procedures.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:\u2022 university degree and professional qualification and a proven record in pre-sales and service delivery management experience.\u2022 3+ years of experience in Pre-Sales \/or Service Delivery Management role in ICT solutions projects\u2022 Relevant certifications like CCIE, CCNP, CCSE, AWS, Azure, etc. a plus<\/p>\n
