ActionAid Zimbabwe is seeking to recruit candidates for the following 1-year Internship positions based in Harare<\/p>\n
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY GRADUATE INTERN<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tThe IT Intern will work collaboratively as part of the HROD and Administration team and will be responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient operation of ActionAid Zimbabwe\u2019s IT systems. This role will ensure compliance with both internal policies and global IT standards. The intern will work closely with the IT Officer to provide technical support and assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring all systems operate in line with organizational strategies and best practices.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u27a2 Recent undergrade Degree in Computer science, Information Technology or a related discipline from a recognized institution. \u27a2 At least one year of relevant work experience. \u27a2 Knowledge in Cisco router configuration and firewall setup, as well as a good understanding of wireless technologies will be an added advantage. \u27a2 MSCE or CISCO certifications is an added advantage. \u27a2 Experience with databases is an added advantage. \u27a2 Knowledge of windows 7\/11, Azure server platform, VMware, excel, word, power point etc. \u27a2 Ability to work under pressure. \u27a2 Good interpersonal and relationship skills.<\/p>\n
