Human Resources"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description<br \/>\n\t\t\t\tTo lead the Nedbank Zimbabwe Limited (\u201cNZL\u201d or \u201cBank\u201d) Human Resources (\u201cHR\u201d) strategy and manage the HR team effectively in order to deliver on HR strategic plans that enable business strategic objectives; thereby ensuring sustainable human capital and business transformation.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities<br \/>\n\t\t\t\tEnsure implementation of appropriate performance management processes throughout the Bank to instill a high-performance culture.\u2022    Tracking key metrics related to employee performance, engagement, and retention to identify trends and inform decision-making.\u2022    Develop and implement strategies for attracting, recruiting, onboarding and retaining talent.\u2022    Manage talent through learning and development, reward and recognition, succession and retention.\u2022    Manage performance by implementing performance agreements, ensuring a clear vision, providing regular feedback on performance and recognising and rewarding achievement.\u2022    Maintain a capable high performing team by identifying a talent pool through conducting career conversations and utilising the talent grid principles and developing talent retention programmes.\u2022    Facilitate a learning culture in the Bank by encouraging staff to take accountability for their own career development.\u2022    Take fully responsibility for the culture transformation of the bank\u2022    Manage and ensure a payroll function that is world-class overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and leading the payroll team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness\u2022    Build depth of skills and knowledge in the team of managers by sharing knowledge and insight with team members, ensuring mentoring, coaching and day to day activities.\u2022    Identify and address organisational needs to improve efficiency and effectiveness\u2022    Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals and support business strategies.\u2022    Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts and ensuring a fair and equitable workplace environment.\u2022    Ensure gender balance through recruitment and retention practices. \u2022    Manage and ensure that HR reporting is accurate, meets the needs of recipients and is delivered on time and to a high quality standard.\u2022    Manage and ensure adherence to budget by monitoring expenses.\u2022    Ensure the delivery of key HR projects\u2022    Ensure forecasted staff requirements are documented, actioned accordingly and costed by managing head count associated costs.\u2022    Manage and identify key people, operational and business risks by assessing risk areas against legislation, policies and procedures.\u2022    Ensure awareness, compliance and implementation of all legislative and compliance issues.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience<br \/>\n\t\t\t\tA degree in Human Resources Management \/ Psychology\/ Business Administration or a related fieldA related Masters degree or MBA will be an added advantage.Preferred CertificationsCertification in HR \/ People Effectiveness or related fieldMinimum Experience
