\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022 Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of drivers, mechanics, and administrative staff\u2022 Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases\u2022 Ensure compliance with labor laws and transport industry regulations\u2022 Handle disciplinary processes and grievance resolution\u2022 Monitor staff attendance, leave, and overtime schedules\u2022 Support employee training, wellness, and development programs\u2022 Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review\u2022 Assist in policy development and implementation\u2022 Promote a safe and inclusive work environment<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human ResourcesManagement, Business Administration, orrelated field\u2022 Minimum 3 years of HR experience in asimilar position\u2022 Strong understanding of labor laws and HRbest practices\u2022 Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills\u2022 Ability to handle confidential informationwith integrity\u2022 Familiarity with managing field staff (e.g.,drivers) is an advantage<\/p>\n
