\n\t\t\t\tJOB TITLE : Training OfficerREPORTING TO : Operations ManagerDEPARTMENT: OperationsMAIN PURPOSETraining Officer is responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs that enhance the skills knowledge, and performance of employees. This role ensures that all team members are well-versed in brand ,standards, operational procedures, and customer service excellence, supporting the overall success of the organisation.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\u2022 Delivers in-house Brand Standard Operating Procedures training.\u2022 Facilitates onboarding training for all new team members.\u2022 Conducts on the job, in store follow up training according to the agreed monthly schedule.\u2022 Identifies training needs through customer feedback forums and brand evaluations.\u2022 Assesses training effectiveness through surveys and feedback mechanisms.\u2022 Maintains an up-to-date database of trained employees and track their progress.\u2022 Implements Brand staff engagement initiatives.\u2022 Evaluates organizational training needs and recommend appropriate programs.\u2022 Support all Brands in meeting training and compliance requirements.\u2022 Supports the Operations Manager in analysing and reporting on customer feedback research and other assigned research activities from Sentiment Feedback Reviews.\u2022 Prepares and submit periodic training reports as required.\u2022 Travels to all outlets across DRC or Zambia and the region as needed.\u2022 Perform any other duties aligned with the role’s scope as assigned.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tCOMPETENCIES\u2022 Minimum of a Diploma in Training or equivalent.\u2022 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or hospitality industry.\u2022 Outstanding presentation, facilitation and public speaking skills.\u2022 High level of interpersonal skills and integrity.\u2022 Coaching and leadership skills.\u2022 Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and interpersonal.\u2022 Should be well-organized, passionate and energetic.\u2022 Must be patient, have good teaching skills, an active listener and good time management ability.\u2022 A flexible team player with an ability to work successfully in a matrix “reporting” environment.\u2022 Be self-driven & pro-active.<\/p>\n
