\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tPlans and organizes own selling activity to secure new business.\u2022\tTakes responsibility for completing agreed number of prospecting calls and customer visits, booking agreed number of test drives and encouraging customers to experience the brand in order to meet and exceed agreed sales targets.\u2022\tEnsures sales opportunities are maximized for the full range of services and products, including warranties and service plans.\u2022\tAccurately appraises vehicles to purchase and sell, optimizing the value for the dealership.\u2022\tMaintains contact with customers to ensure they are kept fully informed throughout the sale, pre- and post-delivery.\u2022\tParticipates in planning sales and marketing campaigns and promotions.\u2022\tMaintains a professional manner and high standards of personal presentation at all times.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tA bachelor\u2019s degree or Diploma in Sales\/ Marketing.\u2022\tAbility to speak local language (Ndebele) is a prerequisite.\u2022\tClean class 4 Driver\u2019s license\u2022\tGood written and oral communication skills.\u2022\tAbility to work, cope and produce results under pressure.<\/p>\n
