\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tJob DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical support across a range of corporatefinance activities, including but not necessarily limited to:\u25aa Executing M&A, Project Finance & Infrastructure, and Corporate Finance engagements.\u25aa Developing engagement plans, timelines, and budgets.\u25aa Supervising and providing guidance to junior members of staff to ensure timely completionof assignments within budgets and at the right quality levels.\u25aa Mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and support.\u25aa Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and experience.\u25aa Managing engagement documentation and knowledge sharing.\u25aa Assisting in the preparation of client presentations and reports.\u25aa Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to junior staff members.\u25aa Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.\u25aa Supporting the Senior Financial Analyst and the Director in building and maintaining strongclient relationships.\u25aa Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency andeffectiveness.\u25aa Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.\u25aa Assisting the Senior Financial Analyst and Director in identifying and pursuing newbusiness opportunities.\u25aa Preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tEducational Requirements:A bachelor\u2019s degree in;\u25aa Finance,\u25aa Economics,\u25aa Financial Engineering,\u25aa Business Studies with a Finance\/Accounting specialization, orMathematics\/Statistics.Professional advancement:\u25aa Significant progress towards professional qualifications like CFA Program, ACCA, CIMAwill be a distinct advantage.Experience:\u25aa Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (refer above for the required experience).\u25aa Financial analysis and reporting.\u25aa Involvement in business valuation exercises.\u25aa Participation in due diligence reviews.\u25aa Contribution to feasibility studies.\u25aa Exposure to project finance structures.\u25aa Proven ability in financial modelling.\u25aa Assisted with Mergers & Acquisitions analysis.\u25aa Experience with data collection and interpretation.\u25aa Prepared presentations and reports for internal\/external stakeholders.\u25aa Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.Soft skills\u25aa Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\u25aa Demonstrated commitment to professional growth.\u25aa Strong work ethic and attention to detail.\u25aa A deep understanding of current economic trends and business issues\u25aa Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex financialinformation clearly and concisely.\u25aa The ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and draw sound conclusions based onfinancial data.Essential Computer and Technology skills:\u25aa Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including financial modelling, complex formulas,pivot tables, scenario analysis).\u25aa Strong command of Microsoft PowerPoint for professional presentations.\u25aa Familiarity with financial databases and research platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, or similar).\u25aa Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
