\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tManage room and service reservations for The Manor HouseMaintain accurate availability calendars and booking recordsCoordinate with reception and housekeeping for guest readinessRespond to booking inquiries via email, phone, and online platformsPrepare daily reservation reports and occupancy forecasts<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tDiploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business AdministrationMinimum 1 year experience in hotel reservations or front office managementFamiliarity with hotel booking software Strong communication and organizational skillsCustomer-focused with attention to detail<\/p>\n
