\n\t\t\t\tThis member of the finance team serves a supporting role, assisting management with various financial and administrative duties.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tHandling and recording all cash transactions.\u2022\tVerify and post details about business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and total accounts to ledgers and databases, apportioning them into their rightful classes.\u2022\tReview and balance internal accounts, analyse variances, prepare reports, and monitor depreciable assets using financial software\u2022\tPrepare and interpret financial summaries and provide reports to managers on a daily\/weekly\/monthly basis\u2022\tParticipate in month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of accounts.\u2022\tEnsuring that bills and purchases are correctly posted into the system.\u2022\tIssuing of weekly airtime to all employees\u2022\tEnsuring that the cash sale account is correct and giving a true reflection of funds prepaid and outstanding\u2022\tAny other duties as assigned by your superior.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tA diploma (or equivalent) in finance or accounting\u2022\tTwo years of experience in clerical accounting\u2022\tExperience with financial planning software\u2022\tWork experience in the Motor industry an added advantage<\/p>\n
