Job Description
\n\t\t\t\tAs a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our pharmaceutical products, implementing and maintaining quality control systems, and supervising quality control staff. You will be a key member of our quality team, ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tManage and supervise quality control staff – Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures – Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, QMS, and regulatory requirements – Conduct analytical testing and investigations – Develop and implement validation protocols for analytical instruments and processes – Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams – Identify and resolve quality control issues – Develop and implement corrective action and preventative action.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tMinimum 5 years of experience in quality control management in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility – Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field – Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – Strong leadership and supervisory skills – Knowledge of GLP, GMP, QMS, and regulatory requirements – Experience with validations and analytical instruments – Certification in quality control or quality assurance (e.g. CQP, CQAP) an added advantage<\/p>\n
