\n\t\t\t\tRISK ANALYSTHwange Colliery Company Limited Holdings (HCCL Holdings), a diversified local company with strategic business interests in Mining, Real Estate, Health Care, Agriculture, Energy, and Financial Services, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Risk Analyst under its Mining and Processing Division.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tKey Result AreasConduct risk assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes.\u2022 Plan and execute risk-based audits to identify potential risks.\u2022 Identify and document emerging risks, control weaknesses, and areas for improvement.Provide clear reports and actionable recommendations to strengthen risk management processes.\u2022 Detect and prevent fraud by identifying potential fraud risks, investigating irregularities, and recommending robust anti-fraud controls.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tPerson SpecificationMature professional aged 30 years or above with at least 5 years’ experience in auditing and risk management.\u2022 Strong knowledge of risk frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000).Solid understanding of auditing standards (IIA), laws, and regulations.\u2022 Familiarity with Integrated Business Management Systems (IBMS).\u2022 Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.\u2022 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.\u2022 Must have a clean criminal record.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.\u2022 Relevant professional certifications such as CIA, CRMA, or FRM will be a distinct advantage.<\/p>\n
