\n\t\t\t\tThe Service Manager, who reports to the Business Unit Manager, serves as a direct link between our customers, service team, and business partners, and is in charge of ensuring best practices and providing exceptional customer service.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tDelegation of duties and allocation of vehicles and tasks to artisans\u2022\tOutsourcing jobs not undertaken in-house in conjunction with the Parts Manager and Branch Manager\u2022\tFacilitating the safe and prompt collection and delivery of customers vehicles\u2022\tDeveloping rapport with colleagues, customers and suppliers\u2022\tEnsuring that all warrant procedures are observed and parts replaced under warranty are claimed back\u2022\tMaintaining the workshop according to the company\u2019s Visual Standards\u2022\tEnsuring that all staff are up to date with events in the Motor Trade Industry\u2022\tEnsuring the expansion of the current Corporate Clientele Base.\u2022\tEnsuring that customer complaints are investigated thoroughly and resolved \u2022\tEnsuring that all Artisans, AROs, Assistants are fully utilized and occupied.\u2022\tEnsuring that a database of all clients is developed and maintained.\u2022\tPreparing budgets for the department.\u2022\tNetworking with all dealers, suppliers, customers, other managers.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tClass 1 qualified journeyman\u2022\tDealership Management experience added advantage\u2022\tBusiness\/Marketing qualification will be an added advantage\u2022\tMinimum of 3 years\u2019 working experience \u2022\tClass 4 Driver\u2019s license\u2022\tVery good written and oral communication skills\u2022\tQuality Oriented & Customer focused\u2022\tStrong leadership skills and proven supervisory experience\u2022\tExceptional negotiation skills\u2022\tPromotional prowess and networking ability<\/p>\n
