\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tKey ResponsibilitiesThe Sports Manager will be responsible for the planning, management, and promotion of sports and recreational activities across HCCL Holdings. The kev result areas include:Planning, organizing, and overseeing sports tournaments, leagues, and recreational activities. )eveloping and implementing sports programs for various age groups and skill levels Scheduling matches, training sessions, and competitions in collaboration with coaches and teams nsuring compliance with sports regulations, safety standards, and ethical guidelines verseeing the maintenance, safe use, and repair of sports facilities and equipment Managing inventory of sports equipment and coordinating repairs or replacements.Promoting participation in sports through marketing campaigns, workshops, and community outreach.Coordinating with schools, clubs, and local organizations to strengthen sports development initiatives.Assisting in fundraising, sponsorship acquisition, and endorsements for sports programs and athletes.Maintaining accurate records of participants, schedules, and budgets.Preparing periodic reports on program performance and participation rates.Handling registrations, waivers, and membership administration.Providing basic coaching or training support where required.Recruiting, supervising, and managing coaches, referees, and volunteers.Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and professional environment for all participants.Engaging in scouting, recruitment, and career management for athletes.Representing athletes in negotiations, sponsorships, and public relations efforts, Developing and implementing strategic growth plans for sports teams and athletes.Managing logistics, travel, and event operations for teams and competitions.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tQualificationsA Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science\/Management, Physical Education, or a related field.Demonstrated experience in sports administration, coaching, or event management.: A Master’s degree in Business Leadership or Strategic Management will be an added advantage.Person SpecificationsStrong communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills.Ability to manage complex conversations and stakeholder expectations.Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.High adaptability and commitment to continuous learning.<\/p>\n
