The vision of the organization is to see a society in which women and girls are free from violence in all its manifestations and are able to fully participate in development at all levels.Musasa is partnering with World Food Programme (WFP) Zimbabwe to implement a project aimed at enhancing accountability to affected populations and protection of WFP programme participants, particularly marginalized groups. The project&#8217;s primary goal is to strengthen accountability and protection mechanisms, ensuring that WFP programme participants are informed, engaged, and protected, and that their feedback and concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.<\/p>\n<p>The organisation hereby invites suitable candidates to apply for the following posts of Field Officer that have arisen.Reporting to the Programme Officer.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities<br \/>\n\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities\u2022 Conduct community engagement activities in the district\u2022 Participating in outreach and demand creation activities that raise awareness on available WFP feedback mechanism channels\u2022 Attending district meetings as well as coordinating with other project implementing partners in the district.\u2022 Support report writing and documentation\u2022 Attending to other matters that may arise during the period of implementation<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\u2022 A degree in social science or equivalency .\u2022 An additional qualification in any social science Master\u2019s degree would be an added advantage.\u2022 At least 2-year experience in a similar role\u2022 Valid clean class 4 license with three years of experience\u2022 Ability to use Microsoft Office.
