{"id":3704,"date":"2025-10-20T14:02:07","date_gmt":"2025-10-20T14:02:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zimbabwe\/job\/ipc-team-lead-gbv-bulawayo-1-part-time\/"},"modified":"2025-10-28T00:33:37","modified_gmt":"2025-10-28T00:33:37","slug":"ipc-team-lead-gbv-bulawayo-1-part-time","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zimbabwe\/?post_type=job_listing&p=3704","title":{"rendered":"IPC Team Lead (GBV) \u2013 Bulawayo *1 (Part-time)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description<br \/>\n\t\t\t\tThe Interpersonal Communications Lead (Gender Based Violence) will be supporting the Love Shouldn\u2019t Hurt program.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\u2022 Coordinates the activities of community health workers in implementing wards.\u2022 Drives all project interpersonal communication (IPC) activities at community level.\u2022 Plans and conduct community dialogues and roadshows.\u2022 Facilitates the formation and operation of support groups for perpetrators and community leaders.\u2022 Facilitates and coordinates the implementation and sustenance of the PSH economic models in implementing districts.\u2022 Facilitates referrals and linkage of perpetrators and survivors for SRHR, GBV HIV and drug and substance use support services.\u2022 Ensures ongoing community engagement with key stakeholders, influencers, and gatekeepers.\u2022 Assists in the development &amp; roll out of interventions promoting LSH Awareness, Linkage of perpetrators and survivors to SRHR, GBV, HIV, Mental health &amp; rehabilitation services.\u2022 Identifies locations across the community, suitable for execution of group IPC sessions.\u2022 Provides guidance and continuous feedback to improve support for perpetrators at community level.\u2022 Provides guidance on innovative ways to bring men together and conduct IPC on GBV, DSA and Anti-Child Marriage awareness, Linkage of perpetrators to GBV, SRHR services &amp; Linkage of PWUID to rehabilitation services.\u2022 Submits weekly highlight reports and monthly detailed reports.\u2022 Distributes\/places promotional material for campaign visibility across local facilities and key locations routinely and during events.\u2022 Provides support in training community cadres on campaign key messages and job aids.\u2022 Assists with data collection from targeted referral facilities.\u2022 Documents project success stories\/lessons learnt.\u2022 Accurately captures and consolidates all data collected by the field team and enters this into relevant M&amp;E platforms using provided tools.\u2022 Any other duties assigned by the Marketing Manager either directly or through the Marketing Officer at community or Head Office level.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\u2022 Diploma\/Degree in Social Sciences or Health Promotions.\u2022 Experience working in the district applied for is an added advantage.\u2022 Experience working in public health\/SRHR\/Gender Based violence (GBV) \/Mental Health\/Drug &amp; Substance Abuse programming is an added advantage.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\tHow to Apply<br \/>\n\t\t\t\tIn return, PSH offers competitive remuneration, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
