\n\t\t\t\tReporting to the Southern Customer Experience Officer, the main purpose of the job shall be to provide Sales and Customer Support services within the Group Customer service centre.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tServicing the Group Customers through<\/p>\n
\u2022\tSelling of Products and Services.\u2022\tIssuing Short Term Insurance Policies (Motor, Travel, Home, Licensing Services)\u2022\tProviding Medical Aid support services (Membership Services)\u2022\tGeneral Inquiries Management \u2022\tRelationship Management & Customer Care.\u2022\tMarket Intelligence Gathering (Brand, Products, Competitor Activity)\u2022\tCustomer and Stakeholder interactions.\u2022\tQuality Assurance<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tDegree in Insurance and Risk Management, Business studies, or equivalent.\u2022\tA marketing qualification will be an added advantage.\u2022\t2 ‘A’ Levels.\u2022\tAt least 2 years’ experience as a customer experience specialist, or a similar customer support role, with exposure to the insurance and medical aid environment.\u2022\tExperience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information.\u2022\tKnowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels. \u2022\tGood problem-solving and decision-making skills. \u2022\tStrong client-focus.\u2022\tPositive attitude with willingness to learn.\u2022\tMathematical aptitude.\u2022\tFlexible and adaptable, contributing to a positive team environment.\u2022\tCommitment to handling private and confidential information with a high degree of professionalism.\u2022\tGood written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n
