\n\t\t\t\tExpression of InterestInvitation for PartnershipTr\u00f3caire has been supporting projects in Zimbabwe since the 1970\u2019s. Informed by our global strategy, our current country programme works in 4 main areas: 1) Supporting Women and Girls\u2019 Protection, Voice, and Leadership, 2) Climate and Environmental Justice 3) Active Citizenship and Access to Justice,and 4) Disasters and Emergencies \u2013 Saving Lives and Protecting Human Dignity. Across our programmes, we work with our partners to promote women\u2019s empowerment and advocacy as a core strategy in executing our work, with 80% of programme participants being women and girls across all outcome areas. Currently, we work in partnership with 26 local organisations supporting projects inseveral districts in Manicaland, Mashonaland West, Masvingo, Midlands, Matabeleland North, and Matabeleland South Provinces.Tr\u00f3caire Zimbabwe is inviting expressions of interest from Local NGOs and other Development Agencies operating at a local level in Matobo, Mangwe and Umzingwane Districts in work related to Climate and Environmental Justice, designed to sustain food, energy and water security. Such workcan include improved access to labour saving technology, equipment, and tools for cultivation, harvesting, food storage, water-lifting, and produce processing and markets.<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tEligibility Criteria:\u25aa Proven experience in implementing climate change adaptation, resilience, or mitigation initiatives.\u25aa Strong project management skills with demonstrated effectiveness in previous climate-related interventions.\u25aa Ability to work collaboratively with local communities, government bodies, and stakeholders.\u25aa Capacity to deliver on monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) requirements.\u25aa Be legally registered, with an adequate supply of human resources particularly for positions ofField Officer(s) and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer, to implement medium to long term projects.\u25aa Availability\/existing MOU with the respective District offices.\u25aa Existing community structures and coordinating networks sustaining historical projects.\u25aa A recommendation letter from the District offices, will be an added advantage.\u25aa Availability of recommendation letter from at least 2 current or previous funders confirming partnerships in the stated Districts.<\/p>\n
