Job Description
\n\t\t\t\tWe are seeking a Production Planner and Controller to oversee the planning, coordination, and control of production activities within our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production meets customer demand, while optimizing resources and minimizing costs.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tDevelop and implement production plans, including master production schedules, material requirements planning, and capacity planning\u2022\tCoordinate with production teams to ensure timely execution of production activities\u2022\tMonitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with GMP regulations and company policies\u2022\tAnalyse production data and implement improvements to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs\u2022\tCollaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components\u2022\tManage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste\u2022\tProvide production planning and control support to senior management and other departments\u2022\tEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies\u2022\tParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and implement changes to improve production efficiency and quality\u2022\tManage and develop a team of production planning and control staff<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tBachelor’s degree in Operations, Production Engineering, Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Supply Chain, Process Management or related field\u2022\tMinimum 3 years of experience in production planning and control in a manufacturing environment\u2022\tStrong knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices\u2022\tExcellent planning, organizational, and communication skills\u2022\tProficiency in production planning and control software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)\u2022\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\u2022\tAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities\u2022\tStrong leadership and team management skills\u2022\tExperience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems\u2022\tCertification in production planning and control (e.g., CPIM, CSCP)<\/p>\n
