Mission of the position: <\/p>\n
To provide teaching services from grade 4 to grade 7 pupils at Hermann Gmeiner Group of School based in Bulawayo.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tKey performance areas and main responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2022\tPlanning, preparing and delivering lessons to all students in the class;\u2022\tMaintaining the classroom register and pass on vital information to the office; \u2022\tConsulting and informing parents regarding pupil\u2019s progress of your class and individual pupils; \u2022\tContributing to the further development of the school; \u2022\tContributing to the good classroom atmosphere, including stimulating wall displays; \u2022\tConducting himself\/ herself in a professional manner in terms of both dressing and behaviour and leading by example; \u2022\tEnsuring that all lessons are well prepared and that interest is generated to ensure that material is presented in a professional manner; \u2022\tShowing interest in their pupils and teaching ways to encourage enthusiasm and good manners and respect; \u2022\tActively participating in co-curricular activities; \u2022\tUnderstanding the new curriculum framework and the role of the teacher<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tRequirements\u2022\t5 \u2018O\u2019 Levels including Maths and English; Certificate \/Diploma in teaching with 5 years\u2019 experience; \u2022\tDegree in teaching & Certificate in counselling will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
