\n\t\t\t\tNash Paints is looking for a Branch Supervisor to be part of their Bulawayo branch. The person will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations of the branch.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tSupervision and monitoring of all departments at your branch.Ensure all departments are adhering to the company policies and procedures.Liaising with other team members, including interacting with other Branch supervisors to ensure smooth operations of the Branch.Supervising day-to-day activities, analyzing statistics, compiling reports daily, weekly and monthly.Establish relationship with old and new clients to increase business opportunities<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tDegree\/Diploma in Business Management, Sales and Marketing or any related qualification\u2022Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.\u2022Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.\u2022Must have a hands-on approach and must be committed to the expansion and success of the business.\u2022Familiarity with industry\u2019s rules and regulations.\u2022Excellent organizational skills.\u2022Results driven and customer focused.\u2022Leadership and human resources management skills.\u2022Knowledge in Sage Evolution will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
