Job Description
\n\t\t\t\tWe are seeking a dedicated Expeditor to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all ordered materials, equipment and services are delivered on time, to specification and in full. The expeditor will support uninterrupted mining operations by closely monitoring purchase orders, liaising with end users, and coordinating logistics to prevent delays that could impact production.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\uf076\tPurchase order monitoring and follow up\uf076\tSupplier communication and coordination\uf076\tManage order logistics and delivery coordination\uf076\tEnsure proper purchase documentation and compliance\uf076\tEnsure internal collaboration with line Departments\uf076\tReport on supplier delivery performance and highlight recurring issues\uf076\tEnsure continuous improvement in the supply chain management<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\uf076\tDegree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field\uf076\tA minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in expediting, logistics, procurement or supply chain\uf076\tProfessional membership (e.g CIPS, CILT) will be an added advantage\uf076\tExperience in mining, heavy industry, energy or manufacturing is required\uf076\tStrong understanding of procurement systems (SAP, SAGE, PRONTO etc)\uf076\tProficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems\uf076\tExcellent communication and negotiation skills\uf076\tHigh attention to detail and accuracy<\/p>\n
