\n\t\t\t\tThe successful candidates will be responsible for supervising works in pipe laying, storm drains, road construction, and other civil works as required.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tSupervise skilled and unskilled personnel in the execution of civil works.\u2022\tImplement civil works and ensure compliance with required standards and timelines.\u2022\tFacilitate procurement of materials for all civil works.\u2022\tMonitor the usage of civil materials in line with approved budgets.\u2022\tCompile weekly and monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders.\u2022\tPlan and prepare schedules and Program of Works.\u2022\tAct as a Site Agent when interfacing with clients, project consultants, and other project stakeholders.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tDiploma in Civil Engineering from a reputable Polytechnic.\u2022\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 post-qualification experience in civil works.\u2022\tProficiency in AutoCAD.\u2022\tExperience in sewer and water pipe laying.\u2022\tExperience in drainage systems and road construction.\u2022\tStrong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, the Project Coordinator, and project teams.\u2022\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both technical and administrative roles.<\/p>\n
