Job Description
\n\t\t\t\tThis job involves communication with stakeholders like suppliers, contractors in liason with site team and getting approvals from the management. Also will involve site visits to ascertain scope and draft site reports. It requires a person with soft skills and people skills all wrapped in one.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tCoordinate project information, program of works, and resources\u2022\tLiaise with clients, consultants, and project teams\u2022\tMonitor project progress, costs, procurement, and reporting\u2022\tPrepare tenders, quotations, claims, and project documentation\u2022\tCompile weekly project progress reports\u2022\tWok with the Civil Technicians in identifying and solving project related problems.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tDiploma\/Degree in a QS, business or construction-related field\u2022\tExperience in Quantity Surveying, BOQs, tendering, and quotations\u2022\tProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software\u2022\tStrong organisational, communication, and report-writing skills<\/p>\n
