Job Description
\n\t\t\t\tThe incumbents will report to the Head of Sales & Marketing on Fixed-Term Contracts. The main objective is selling products or services to customers, and representing the brand. We have a subsidiary company in the Construction Industry located Bulawayo, Matabeleland Region, Zimbabwe.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tCreating marketing materials: Developing engaging advertisements, emails, social media posts, and promotional literature<\/p>\n
Identifying potential customers: Generating leads and converting them into customers<\/p>\n
Managing marketing campaigns: Planning and executing marketing initiatives<\/p>\n
Creating sales plans: Generating sales plans<\/p>\n
Managing social media: Monitoring and managing social media<\/p>\n
Maintaining client relations: Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients<\/p>\n
Presenting products: Presenting products to customers<\/p>\n
Assisting sales teams: Working with sales teams to create and post digital marketing for promotional events<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tBachelor\u2019s degree\/ Diploma in Marketing, or related field such as IMM.Clean Class Four Driver`s LicenseMinimum 2 years working experience.Experience in Construction Industry is an added advantage.Must be able to speak Ndebele language Understanding and knowledge of Sales and Marketing.Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.<\/p>\n
