\n\t\t\t\tTo develop and implement aftercare frameworks that drive retention and expansion of investments in Zimbabwe<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tDevelop aftercare strategies aligned with national goals<\/p>\n
Design Investor Aftercare Frameworks and maintain a suite of aftercare reviews, profiling, and dashboard tools that track investor engagement outcomes<\/p>\n
Develop investor Aftercare service delivery standards and SOPs<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain a CRM database on Investors<\/p>\n
Lead and oversee in-person investor engagements and operations of the Aftercare Unit<\/p>\n
Identify investor business expansion opportunities and investor growth strategies<\/p>\n
Document and report investor trends and analyze investor cases and industry trends<\/p>\n
Liaise with the relevant Zimbabwean MDAs, target countries’ constituted bodies and government agencies, as and when required<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tA degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, FinanceBanking, Economies or equivalent<\/p>\n
At least 4 years of experience in a client-focused role, preferably with international clients<\/p>\n
Proficiency in English. Additional fluency in local languages such as Ndebele, Shona, or any other UN language is beneficial<\/p>\n
Proficiency in use of CRM Tools, MS Office, internet applications, and database programs\u200b is essential<\/p>\n
Project Management Qualification is an added advantage<\/p>\n
Database management and analysis<\/p>\n
Policy and regulatory knowledge<\/p>\n
Project management and program design<\/p>\n
Relationship management and client-centric focus skills<\/p>\n
Diplomacy and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n
Understanding of FDI & DDI fundamentals<\/p>\n
