Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in the above mentioned vacancy in the Architectural Services Division of the Department of Works.<\/p>\n
JOB PURPOSEResponsible for design-drawing and site assessment of structural components of structures.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tKEY RESULT AREAS\u2022 Production of designs and drawings of structural elements\u2022 Design of mix design in concrete works\u2022 Monitors and checks structural elements for compliance with design and relevant tests.\u2022 Carries out condition surveys of structural elements and prepare corresponding reports\u2022 Performance management<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE\u2022 Diploma in structural\/Civil engineering or other related engineering qualification.\u2022 At least 3 years’ experience in design drawing environment.Aclean class 4 driver’s license.\u2022 Registration with a Professional Body an added advantage.<\/p>\n
