\n\t\t\t\tThe following vacant position has arisen within ou Subsidiary , EasyGo Car Hire & Travel (Pvt) LtdSales Clerk x 2 \u2013 Harare\t\t Grade: 6<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\uf0fc\tIssue tickets to passengers using the designated ticketing system for individual trips and bulk bookings \uf0fc\tAccept and process payments through multiple channels including Cash, EcoCash, PayNow, Tap Card and other approved electronic payment methods.\uf0fc\tUpload soft money payments into the system accurately and timeously.\uf0fc\tProcess refunds and ticket exchanges as per company policy and ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the payment system. \uf0fc\tBalance daily cash and electronic payment receipts and prepare daily sales reports and cash reconciliation statements. \uf0fc\tBank daily cash collections at designated bank branches and obtain stamped deposit slips as proof of banking.\uf0fc\tOperate the ticketing and payment system efficiently, monitor system performance and reporting technical issues promptly.\uf0fc\tProvide information and assistance to passengers regarding routes, schedules, fares, payment options, bus arrival and departure times \uf0fc\tHandle customer inquiries professionally and courteously, resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management \uf0fc\tAssist students and passengers with special needs and promote EasyGo services.\uf0fc\tMaintain clean and organized work area at the ticketing booth and safeguard company funds maintaining cash security protocols.\uf0fc\tMaintain accurate records of all transactions and participate in stock takes and audits as required. \uf0fc\tComply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations \uf0fc\tAny other duties assigned by the EasyGo Marketing officer from time to time<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\uf0fc\t5 \u2019O\u2019 level passes including English Language and Mathematics\/Accounts \uf0fc\tDiploma in Accounting or Marketing\uf0fc\t1 year relevant experience\uf0fc\tComputer literacy\uf0fc\tAbility to work under pressure during peak hours and work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays \uf0fc\tCash handling and basic accounting skills \uf0fc\tFamiliarity with mobile money platforms (EcoCash, PayNow) is an added advantage \uf0fc\tKnowledge of ISO9001:2015 is an added advantage.\uf0fc\tKnowledge of SAP System is an added advantage<\/p>\n
