\n\t\t\t\tReporting to: Business Development and Operations Officer<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tJob Description\u2022 Develop and manage weekly staff schedules and assign cleaning tasks to ensure comprehensive coverage of all designated areas.\u2022 Conduct regular inspections of premises to assess cleaning quality, ensuring adherence toestablished standards and client specifications.\u2022 Train cleaning staff on proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and health and safety protocols.\u2022 Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders and ensuring tools areproperly maintained and available.\u2022 Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any service-related issues and special requests in a timely manner.\u2022 Maintain and update records of cleaning activities, including staff attendance, completed tasks, and incident reports.\u2022 Provide performance feedback and guidance to cleaning staff to support their professionaldevelopment and ensure team efficiency.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tQualifications\u2022 Should have at least three (3) years\u2019 experience preferably a male.\u2022 Must be capable of supervising more than fifty people.\u2022 Should have a driver\u2019s license.\u2022 Should be mature.\u2022 Should have high level of interpersonal skills.\u2022 Should at least have a diploma that is relevant to the job description.<\/p>\n
