The ideal candidate will have strong sales ability combined with a practical understanding of web technologies and digital solutions.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
-Presents sales actuals versus targets report and feedback at weekly sales meeting\t-Meets customers & presents and sells products and services-Cross sells and upsells products to existing clients. Regularly engage with customers to foster strong relationships and offer after sales support.\t-Develop new business, cold calling, and lead generation and qualification.-Registers new accounts and KYC on all customer interaction and as per KYC SOP\t-Creates quotes and keep quotes progress status up to date\t-Revive terminated clients, putting reasons and comments under the WHMCS terminated report\t-Maintains up to date knowledge about products, prices and how best to sell them\t-Trains and onboards clients on existing and new products.\t\t-Contacts relevant customers with due, overdue and suspended invoices to encourage payment\t-Contributes to the preparation of marketing events, creating networking opportunities, and other product evangelism initiatives.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tQualifications And Experience-Diploma in Sales and Marketing , PR or Similar qualification\t-Degree in Sales and Marketing, Public Relations or similar qualification\t(preferred) <\/p>\n
Knowledge Areas -Microsoft Office or Google Workspace experience\t-Websites pre sales -Sales Process\t-Maintaining Customer Relationships\t-Online solutions \t-Target market understanding\t-CRM and billing system\t<\/p>\n
Skills -Ability to sell and cold call\t\t-Excellent interpersonal, verbal , language and written communication skills\t\t-Empathetic skills with ability to listen and advise\t-Time management skills \t-Negotiation skills<\/p>\n
