\n\t\t\t\tICT SECURITY GOVERNANCE SPECIALIST, CORPORATE RISK & COMPLIANCE\u2013 LEVEL 8 (1 POST)<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t3.1 Key Responsibilities\u25aa Implements and operationalises the Authority\u2019s information security governanceframework across all ICT systems, applications, infrastructure, and data platforms.\u25aa Translates approved security policies, standards, and frameworks into system-levelsecurity control requirements.\u25aa Coordinates consistent application of security controls across ICT domains andbusiness units.\u25aa Monitors adherence to information security policies and escalate non-compliance.\u25aa Reviews security controls implemented within core and supporting systems (e.g. ERP,customs, revenue, analytics platforms).\u25aa Assesses security architecture, configuration, and integration controls at applicationand database level.\u25aa Identifies systemic and recurring security control weaknesses across systems.\u25aa Supports governance reviews for new systems, upgrades, and system integrations\u25aa Reviews access control models, user provisioning processes, and segregation ofduties across systems.\u25aa Conducts periodic security control assessments in line with approved assuranceplans.\u25aa Coordinates vulnerability assessment and penetration testing activities from agovernance perspective.\u25aa Assesses security risks arising from ICT change initiatives and digital transformationprojects.\u25aa Assesses security controls implemented by ICT vendors, cloud providers, and servicepartners.\u25aa Reviews compliance with contractual and regulatory security requirements.\u25aa Monitors remediation of third-party security gaps.\u25aa Identifies and documents information security risks across systems and processes.3\u25aa Maintains accurate and up-to-date security risk and issue logs.\u25aa Supports implementation and review of information security policies and standards.\u25aa Contributes to cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives\u25aa Supports internal and external audits relating to information security governance.\u25aa Tracks and monitors closure of security-related audit findings.\u25aa Provides assurance inputs to support executive and Board reporting.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t3.2 Job Skills and Competencies\u25aa Ability to work under pressure,\u25aa Ability to communicate at all levels,\u25aa Ability to work both independently and as part of a team,\u25aa Unquestionable integrity,\u25aa Computer literacy.<\/p>\n
3.3 Qualifications and Experience\u25aa Bachelor\u2019s degree in information security, Information Technology, InformationSystems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Finance, Business Management or arelated field.\u25aa Postgraduate qualification in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics,Risk Management, or ICT Governance is an added advantage.\u25aa Professional certification in Information Security or ICT Governance such as: CISM,CISSP, ISO \/ IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, COBIT is a must.\u25aa At least five (5) years of postgraduate experience in an ICT \/ Risk Managementenvironment.\u25aa Training or certification in ICT risk or cybersecurity governance (added advantage)\u25aa Experience in Customs \/ Domestic Taxes or Tax environment is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
