\n\t\t\t\tWe are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Graduate Trainees in the following departments: OPERATIONS, AUDIT & LEGAL<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tOperations DepartmentTrainees will support core business functions related to SME funding and project management.\u2022\tAssist in producing project appraisal reports to assess viability for funding \u2022\tConduct credit checks and basic financial assessments of clients \u2022\tParticipate in client site visits to monitor project performance \u2022\tSupport market research and risk analysis initiatives \u2022\tCompile reports on SME impact and funding outcomes \u2022\tAssist with general branch administration and operational processesAudit DepartmentTrainees will gain exposure to internal controls, compliance, and risk management processes.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tAssist in conducting internal audits and compliance reviews\u2022\tSupport evaluation of financial records and operational procedures\u2022\tParticipate in risk identification and mitigation processes\u2022\tPrepare audit working papers and draft audit reports\u2022\tEnsure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks\u2022\tAssist in follow-ups on audit findings and recommendationsLegal DepartmentTrainees will support legal and compliance functions within the organization.\u2022\tAssist in reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documentation \u2022\tSupport legal research on regulatory and compliance matters \u2022\tParticipating in monitoring legal risks affecting the organization \u2022\tAssist in handling basic legal correspondence and documentation \u2022\tSupport compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements \u2022\tMaintain proper filing and record-keeping of legal documents<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:\u2022\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills \u2022\tHigh attention to detail and accuracy \u2022\tGood organizational and multitasking abilities \u2022\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills \u2022\tBasic knowledge of office administration and business processes \u2022\tProficiency in Microsoft Office applications \u2022\tFluency in English, Shona, and Ndebele<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience\u2022\tA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Studies, Law, or Entrepreneurship \u2022\tA qualification in Business Administration or a related field is an added advantage<\/p>\n
