\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tKey Responsibilities\u2022 Coordinate and supervise daily operations within the medical aid department\u2022 Monitor claims processing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely turnaround\u2022 Liaise with healthcare providers, members, and internal departments\u2022 Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies\u2022 Analyse operational data and prepare reports for management\u2022 Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency\u2022 Handle escalated member queries and complaints professionally\u2022 Support implementation of new systems, policies, and procedures<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tQualifications & Experience\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Healthcare Management, Insurance, or a related field\u2022 Minimum of 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in medical aid\/health insurance operations\u2022 Strong understanding of claims processing and healthcare funding systems\u2022 Experience working with healthcare providers and regulatory bodies is an advantage Skills & Competencies\u2022 Excellent organizational and multitasking skills\u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities\u2022 Effective communication and interpersonal skills\u2022 High attention to detail and accuracy\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant systems\u2022 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines<\/p>\n
