\n\t\t\t\tA vibrant and fast-growing restaurant is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Food & Beverages Manager to lead operations and drive business performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage service, ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences. This is an exciting and high-impact leadership role suited for an individual with strong commercial acumen, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tDesign & implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. \u2022\tMonitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets \u2022\tIdentify opportunities to increase footfall and average spend per customer\u2022\tEnsure overall business profitability through efficient cost management and revenue optimization \u2022\tCollaborate with finance teams to monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions \u2022\tOversee inventory control systems, and conduct regular stock counts \u2022\tImplement measures to reduce stock losses and expiries\u2022\tEnsure delivery of exceptional customer service standards \u2022\tIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and events \u2022\tOversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including kitchen and front-of-house activities\u2022\tEnsure strict adherence to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards\u2022\tPrepare and submit timely operational and financial reports<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tDegree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or related field \u2022\tMinimum 5 years\u2019 experience in food and beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role \u2022\tStrong knowledge of restaurant operations, hospitality and cost control, and inventory management \u2022\tExperience in a high-end market, high-volume and fast-paced environment is an added advantage<\/p>\n
