\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tKey Responsibilities\u2022 Assisting in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journals and ledgers.\u2022 Capturing financial transactions into the accounting system with high levels of accuracy.\u2022 Preparing monthly bank reconciliation statements for assigned accounts.\u2022 Assisting in processing supplier payments and monitoring accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.\u2022 Assisting in the preparation and timely submission of statutory returns (e.g., NSSA, ZIMRA).\u2022 Providing administrative and clerical support during internal and external audit processes.\u2022 Assisting in maintaining the organizational tixed asset register and conducting physical asset counts.\u2022 Contributing to the preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tQualifications and Attributes\u2022 A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.\u2022 Professional qualifications (or progress towards) such as ACCA, CIMA, or ICAZ is an added advantage.\u2022 Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).\u2022 Knowledge of accounting software is a plus.\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\u2022 High level of integrity and professional ethics.<\/p>\n
