Locations: Masvingo (1) Harare (1)Reporting to: Education Manager (National Office)Closing Date: 3 April 2026About the Role We are seeking three compassionate and skilled Rehabilitation Technicians to join our team. You will play a vital role in enhancing the independence and quality of life for people living with disabilities by developing and implementing comprehensive physical and functional therapy plans.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tKey Responsibilities\u2022 Develop and implement individual rehabilitation plans tailored to each student’s specific needs.\u2022 Conduct individual and group sessions focusing on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), functional mobility, strength, coordination, and cognitive\/perceptual remediation.\u2022 Train students in the proper use of mobility aids as prescribed for their specific conditions.\u2022 Provide physical treatments and functional maintenance to support student development.\u2022 Conduct education sessions for parents and caregivers and support the creation of effective home-based treatment plans.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience\u2022 Diploma or Degree in Medical Rehabilitation or equivalent qualifications.\u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.\u2022 Proven experience in Clinical and Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR).\u2022 Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience working specifically with persons with disabilities is highly preferred.<\/p>\n
