\n\t\t\t\tAn exciting opportunity for a Loans Officer has arisen within our Business Department. The successful incumbent shall be expected to assess, recommend, process, monitor and recover loans. Qualified and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t1.1\tLOAN PROCESSING.\u2022\tIdentify potential clients \u2022\tReceives Loan applications. \u2022\tConducting loan assessment and recommends\u2022\tPreparing of loan contracts and facilitating the signing process by the clients.\u2022\tMaintain updated records of loans.\u2022\tLoan disbursements <\/p>\n
1.2\tMARKETING BANK PRODUCTS \u2022\tIdentifying business opportunities.\u2022\tSells Bank products ie Bancassurance, account opening, MPOS machines etc\u2022\tManage loan client relationship Management <\/p>\n
1.3\tLOAN REPAYMENT\u2022\tDaily loan repayment collection \u2022\tServing of demand letters to delinquent loans \u2022\tMonitoring own loan portfolio<\/p>\n
1.4\tFinancial literacy trainings\u2022\tTraining clients on proposal writing and business management. \u2022\tOpening of saving accounts<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tDegree in Banking & Finance or business-related degree.A qualification in Microfinance is an added advantageMinimum of three years’ experience as Loans Officer in a microfinance sectorClean driver’s licence is a MUST<\/p>\n
