\n\t\t\t\tWe are inviting qualified and experienced professionals to join our training team as a Weekend Solar Installation Trainer. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about renewable energy and committed to developing practical solar installation skills for the Zimbabwean market.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t)We are seeking an experienced solar installer to deliver practical training for qualified solar installers during weekend classes. The instructor will focus primarily on hands-on installation training, guiding participants through real-world residential solar system installations best practices, and troubleshooting.Key Responsibilities\u2022 Deliver practical training sessions focused on residential solar power system installations.\u2022 Demonstrate correct installation procedures, system configuration, and safety standards.\u2022 Supervise trainees during hands-on installation exercises.\u2022 Guide installers on troubleshooting, maintenance and system optimization.\u2022 Support the preparation of training notes and simple instructional materials for practical lessons.\u2022 Assess trainee competency in practical solar installation skills.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tMinimum Requirements\u2022 Class 1 Journeyman in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.\u2022 Proven experience in residential solar power system installations.\u2022 Demonstrated ability to carry out practical solar system installations and commissioning.\u2022 Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.\u2022 Availability to teach weekend classes.Key Competencies\u2022 Strong hands-on experience in solar PV installations.\u2022 Ability to demonstrate installation procedures clearly and practically.\u2022 Good communication and mentorship skills when guiding trainees.\u2022 Strong practical troubleshooting skills in residential solar systems.\u2022 Ability to work effectively with groups during practical training sessions.<\/p>\n
