We are inviting qualified and experienced professionals to join our training team as a Weekend Solar Installation Trainer. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about renewable energy and committed to developing practical solar installation skills for the Zimbabwean market.Position 1: Solar Installation Trainer(x4) (Weekend Classes)<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tKey Responsibilities\u2022 Deliver structured training in solar power system installation.\u2022 Conduct practical lessons on solar system installation and maintenance.\u2022 Facilitate both in-person and remote classes when required.\u2022 Prepare and present training materials and assessments.\u2022 Guide students in understanding solar system design, installation standards, and safety practices.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tMinimum Requirements\u2022 Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.\u2022 Proven experience in solar power system installations.\u2022 At least 1 year of teaching or training experience.\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\u2022 Ability to conduct online and remote classes.\u2022 Strong capability to deliver hands-on practical training in solar system installations.Key Competencies\u2022 Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems.\u2022 Good communication and presentation skills.\u2022 Ability to mentor and guide trainees effectively.\u2022 Practical problem-solving skills in solar installations.<\/p>\n
