Job Description
\n\t\t\t\tBande Holdings is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HR & Administration Officer to oversee human resources functions, manage administrative operations, and provide Personal Assistant (PA) support to the CEO.<\/p>\n
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, maintaining HR compliance, coordinating staff matters, and supporting executive-level functions. This position requires confidentiality, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tDuties and ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment processes including advertising, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews<\/p>\n
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and staff files<\/p>\n
Process payroll inputs and liaise with accounts for salary administration.<\/p>\n
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes<\/p>\n
Monitor attendance and leave records<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations<\/p>\n
Support performance management processes<\/p>\n
Oversee daily office operations<\/p>\n
Manage office supplies and procurement<\/p>\n
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)<\/p>\n
Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary documentation<\/p>\n
Handle correspondence including emails, letters, and phone calls<\/p>\n
Manage the CEO’s calendars and schedule appointments<\/p>\n
Prepare reports and presentations<\/p>\n
Follow up on tasks assigned by management<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tQualifications And ExperienceDiploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Degree in Psychology, or related field.<\/p>\n
Experience providing executive-level support is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Strong knowledge of Zimbabwean labour laws and HR best practices.<\/p>\n
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.<\/p>\n
Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/p>\n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).<\/p>\n
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.<\/p>\n
Clean drivers licence is a must<\/p>\n
