Young, dynamic, and exceptional GTM marketing personnel required to be the face of the brand inthe trade, be on the frontline and first level interaction with the customer a. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the customers.\u25aa Required to work in the trade and ensure that there is constant communication with traders which allows for b. Identify and negotiate terms of any trade marketing required.\u25aa Identification of any opportunity to execute marketing initiative and negotiation for the best terms possible in all channels.\u25aa This includes but is not limited to: Billboard placement, branding opportunities, promotions etc. c. Collecting market intelligence\u25aa Information on Nyathi and competitor market trends, behavior and performance needs to be collected to ensure TBBC is executing marketing initiatives that suit the market at any given time. d. Ensure Service Level agreement of outsourced merchandisers\/promoters\/agencies are upheld.\u25aa All outsourced functions need to be closely monitored to ensure that the terms of our agreement with the service providers are met.\u25aa This will be done through attending trade activations, reviewing any material before authorization to proceed to production\/execute is granted. e. Trade marketing material deployment\u25aa Ensure all van salesmen, reps and any other personnel that visit the trade are adequately stocked with posters, talkers, samples and any other marketing materials that may be required in the trade.\u25aa Depleting material should be requisitioned in time to avoid stock outs. f. Come up with marketing initiatives to growth the brand and sales volumes. g. Management of expiries\/ stock liquidation\u25aa Support should be rendered to the sales team to ensure that all stocks placed in the market are sold before their Best before date and minimal returns are recorded.\u25aa Initiatives must be carried out to ensure repeat orders are generated through the liquidation of stock in the trade. h. Ad hoc responsibilities as required.\u25aa May be required to carry out any other duties besides those stated above.<\/p>\n
