\n\t\t\t\tLEACH AND ADSORPTION ATTENDANTApplications are invited from interested and suitably qualified persons to fill in the following vacancy that has arisen within Croco Holdings group.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tKey Responsibilities\u2022 Operate leach and adsorption tanks in line with standard operating procedures.Maintain correct slurry levels, flow rates, and retention times.Monitor key parameters including pH, dissolved oxygen, and cyanide levels.Record and interpret plant data, highlighting deviations.Screen carbon to prevent loss and contamination.\u2022 Maintain carbon inventory integrity and accountability\u2022 Comply with all SHEQ policies and procedures.\u2022 Safely handle hazardous chemicals, including cyanide.\u2022 Ensure proper carbon movement within the adsorption circuit.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tKey Skills and Attributes\u2022 Knowledge of gold extraction processes (CIL\/CIP).\u2022 Strong safety consciousness.\u2022 Attention to detail and accuracy.\u2022 Good communication and teamwork skills.\u2022 Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience\u2022 Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a gold processing plant is preferred.\u2022 Practical exposure to leaching and adsorption circuits is an added advantage.\u2022 Basic training in gold extraction processes (CIL\/CIP).\u2022 National Certificate or Diploma in Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, or a related field<\/p>\n
