\n\t\t\t\tEXCAVATOR-DOZER OPERATORApplications are invited from interested and suitably qualified persons to fill in the following vacancy that has arisen within Croco Holdings group.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tKey Responsibilities\u2022 Loading ore and waste into haul trucks.\u2022 Trenching, pit development, and bench preparation.\u2022 Cleaning faces and maintaining safe working areas.\u2022 Maintaining proper road camber, gradient, and surface quality.\u2022 Ensuring smooth and safe traffic flow for haul trucks.\u2022 Assist in waste dumping, ore stockpiling, and material movement.\u2022 Maintain separation of ore and waste to prevent dilution.\u2022 Support drilling and blasting activities (e.g., clearing blast areas.\u2022 Conduct pre-start, operational, and post-operation inspections.\u2022 Perform basic maintenance (greasing, cleaning, minor adjustments).<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tKey Skills and Attributes\u2022 Strong knowledge of mining operations (load & haul, pit development).\u2022 Proficiency in operating excavators and Dozers in mining conditions.\u2022 Basic mechanical knowledge of heavy mining equipment.\u2022 High level of precision and attention to detail.\u2022 Ability to work under pressure in a production-driven environment.\u2022 Good communication and teamwork skills.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Valid Excavator Operator Certificate\u2022 Valid Motor Grader Operator Certificate\u2022 Minimum of 5 ‘O’ Levels or equivalent.\u2022 Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in open-pit mining operations.\u2022 Proven experience operating both excavators and dozers in a mining environment.<\/p>\n
