Job Description
\n\t\t\t\tThe job is responsible for the direct selling, distribution, merchandising, and visibility of the PSH Social Enterprise products within an assigned route or territory. The Sales Representative is the primary point of contact with customers, including wholesalers, retailers, pharmacies, and informal traders, and plays a key role in expanding product reach, achieving sales targets, and strengthening customer relationships.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tAchieves assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.\u2022\tConducts sales visits to customers according to route plans.\u2022\tTakes and processes customer orders accurately and on time.\u2022\tUpsells and cross-sells products to maximize outlet value.\u2022\tEnsures full product availability and stock rotation at all outlets.\u2022\tExecutes merchandising standards, including point-of-sale (POS) visibility.\u2022\tConducts activations and in-store promotions when required.\u2022\tReports competitor activity and market trends from the field.\u2022\tBuilds strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and pharmacies.\u2022\tAddresses customer queries and escalates issues to the Senior Sales Representative.\u2022\tProvides after-sales service to maintain loyalty and retention.\u2022\tSubmits accurate daily sales and call reports.\u2022\tTracks and reports stock levels, customer orders, and outlet coverage.\u2022\tAdheres to company sales policies, pricing guidelines, and brand standards.\u2022\tEnsures accountability for company assets (vehicle, stock, POS material, etc.).<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tDiploma or certificate in Sales, Marketing, or related field (degree is an added advantage).\u2022\tMinimum 3 years’ sales experience, preferably in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or health products.\u2022\tProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.\u2022\tExperience in working with wholesalers, retailers, and\/or pharmacies.<\/p>\n
