\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tThe Job:\u2022 Assist in designing, coding, testing, and deploying software applications.\u2022 Contribute to system maintenance, troubleshooting, and debugging\u2022 Participate in Agile development processes including sprints and standups.\u2022 Support integration of applications with internal and external systems.\u2022 Prepare technical documentation for systems, modules, and enhancements.\u2022 Support deployment and operational stability of applications across development, testing, and production environments.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tThe Person:\u2022 Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\u2022 Strong foundation in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, PHP, Python, or similar, with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.\u2022 Familiarity with databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSOL).\u2022 Exposure to modern software engineering practices including clean code principles, modular architecture, and basic DevOps concepts such as CI\/CD pipelines or containerisation (e.g. Docker) is an added advantage.\u2022 Awareness of secure coding practices and common application security risks (e.g. OWASP Top 10) is an added advantage.\u2022 Understanding of API development and system integration.\u2022 Experience with version control systems such as Git.<\/p>\n
