The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient admissions efficiently, ensuring accurate data capture, and providing a welcoming first point of contact for patients and their families.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tRegister and admit patients in a timely and accurate manner \u2022\tCapture patient information in the hospital system \u2022\tVerify medical aid details and obtain necessary authorisations \u2022\tHandle patient queries and provide general information \u2022\tCoordinate with clinical and administrative departments to ensure smooth patient flow \u2022\tMaintain confidentiality of patient information at all times \u2022\tProcess discharges and prepare patient files for billing\u2022\tRelieve Cashier duties during weekends and after hours Key Competencies:\u2022\tCustomer service orientation \u2022\tAccuracy and attention to detail \u2022\tProfessionalism and confidentiality \u2022\tTeamwork and adaptability<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tDiploma or certificate in Administration, Health Services, or a related field \u2022\tPrevious experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is an added advantage \u2022\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills \u2022\tGood computer literacy and attention to detail \u2022\tAbility to work under pressure and in shifts<\/p>\n
