\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tConstructs and maintains Council buildings\u2022 Leads and manages the bricklaying teams, toolsand equipment.\u2022 Assesses, estimates and orders materials for maintenance.Compiles and submits labour, transport and materials returns.\u2022 Supervises subordinates.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t2. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS3. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS\u2022 A Skilled Worker Class 1 in the Trade of Bricklaying.\u2022 A clean Class 4 Driver’s Licence.\u2022 At least 4 years’ experience in a similar working environment.<\/p>\n
