\n\t\t\t\tPLANT MANAGER – METALLURGICAL OPERATIONSApplications are invited from interested and suitably qualified persons to fill in the following vacancy that has arisen within Croco Holdings group.Role OverviewThe successful candidate will provide strategic, technical, and operational leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective processing of ore into bullion or saleable products while meeting production, quality, and environmental targets.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tKey Responsibilities\u2022 Lead daily plant operations to achieve production and recovery targets\u2022 Oversee commissioning, ramp-up, and steady-state production\u2022 Drive process efficiency, throughput, and optimisation\u2022 Ensure high plant availability and minimise downtime\u2022 Implement preventive maintenance programmes\u2022 Promote a zero-harm safety culture\u2022 Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations\u2022 Manage budgets, costs, and operational performance\u2022 Lead, develop, and manage high-performing teams\u2022 Drive continuous improvement and accountability<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tQualifications & Experience\u2022 Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mineral Processing, or related field\u2022 Postgraduate qualification (advantageous\u2022 Proven experience in:\u2022 Plant commissioning & ramp-up\u2022 Process optimisation\u2022 Metallurgical operations management\u2022 Strong understanding of:\u2022 Metallurgical accounting\u2022 Maintenance systems\u2022 Safety & environmental compliance\u2022 Cost control and performance management<\/p>\n
